history
Art, Antiques, and Stuff Gallery was formerly called Les Enfants Gallery in the 1960s-1970s and was started by Charlotte's parents, Carl and Mozelle Plaisance.  The Plaisances moved to New Orleans French Quarters in the early 70s and bought Pati Bannister's Studio One Gallery.  They renamed it Les Enfants Gallery, then Townhouse Gallery.  It was sold in the 1980s and the family opened Antiques, Etc., on Magazine St in New Orleans.  Even Charlotte's grandmother, Ruth O'Quinn Womack, was in the antique business, owning Womack's Home Furnishings in the mid 1900s.  Art, Antiques, and Stuff spans three generations of knowledge and a legacy of art and antiques.  We have the complete art, antique, furniture and architectural reference libraries of all three generations.  We search Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi to bring you unique estate finds at fair prices.
